Landscapes by Spaces
Landscaping seemed an easy path through college many moons
ago. Seven years later, a semester in Barcelona Spain, and a Bachelor
of Landscape Architecture degree, Daniel moved to the Pacific
Northwest and picked up a shovel. Daniel & his wife Sierra met as
river guides, and after two weeks surviving the Grand Canyon together,
joined hands in raising a family, farm, and landscape design
& build company. Nestled on the Stilliguamish River in Oso, Daniel,
Sierra, and their two kids Maia & Kellon, raise most of their own food,
have a private nursery, a bunch of animals, and a food forest that
feeds many. Classes, farm tours, seed swaps, permaculture lessons,
and veggies are all part of their farm fun. Spaces is the name of their
landscape design & build company. Daniel puts together a design of
your yard that incorporates plants, natural stone, and materials that
carry with them a sense of place in the Pacific Northwest. Creating
privacy, natural stone patios, adding a beautiful water feature, specimen
trees, or flowering hedges all can enhance your outdoor space.
It’s a free consultation to have Daniel or Sierra come look at your
yard. Daniel not only does the design, but works with a great crew
to walk the entire project to a beautiful completion. Designing and
building beautiful landscapes for over 20 years, Daniel & Sierra love
building outdoor rooms & Spaces! We can be reached at 360-
